About This Product
In addition to PCI Express, it is equipped with USB3.0, 1GB DDR3 memory, SATA connector, and SFP+ or 40GB QSFP+, which is the standard for optical fiber modules. "Cosmo-K" is a general-purpose PCI Express & SFP+ evaluation board that uses XILINX's high-performance FPGA, Kintex-7.
The low-profile design allows the lid to be closed even when inserted into a slim PC, and it is equipped with a 2.54mm pitch pin header for easy expansion with a versatile version or flat cable, making it truly user-friendly. It was designed with the idea of an easy-to-use PCI Express board in mind.
Of course, there are also plenty of sample designs and DMA device drivers for using Kintex-7's built-in PCIe Endpoint Block and DMA.

This board was developed jointly with the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization as a board for communication using the S-LINK protocol in CERN's ATLAS experiment.
