・Excellent environmental compatibility: Processed using a press mold. There is no lead component, which improves free machinability, which is found in brass, etc. Therefore, we have achieved a lead content threshold of 4.0wt/% (Max 40,000ppm) or less for copper alloys according to RoHS regulations.
・Cost performance: Full plastic processing using a press mold. Compared to machined products, there is a significant cost advantage for mass-produced products of tens of thousands of units (when the lot is large). In addition, it is a standard product in stock, so there is no mold cost.
・Stable quality, high productivity: Simultaneous press and tap processing inside the mold. Eliminates tap defects caused by post-processing.
