About This Product

Outstanding dent recovery and wear resistance. Significantly improves the lifespan (durability) of rubber rollers.

■Main features

1) No dents remain, so you can use it just as you first used it. (The dent recovery strength is three times that of conventional materials). 2) Has strong rubber strength and wear resistance. 3) Excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, and heat resistance (120℃). 4) Excellent water resistance and no deterioration due to hydrolysis.

■Reduced rubber roller life (durability) due to remaining dents

If gravure impression rollers, laminating rollers, etc. are used for a long period of time, the edges of the film end will leave dents on the roller surface, reducing the lifespan (durability) of the roller. The dents on the roller surface prevent strong pressure from being applied to the film, leading to various problems such as color loss and air contamination. Also, if a film of a different width is passed through, the dents on the roller surface may be transferred to the film.
