About This Product

UV Gravit is a hickey removal roller with a two-layer structure consisting of a surface layer made of special rubber and cut fibers using our unique blending technology, and an inner layer of low-hardness special rubber.

■Main features

① It does not easily swell with UV ink or UV ink cleaning solution, making it suitable for use in UV printing machines. It can also be used with oil-based printing machines. ②It has excellent dust removal performance and is effective in removing hickeys (paper dust, ink scum, etc.). ③The inner layer is made of special low-hardness rubber, which provides excellent cushioning and reduces damage to the plate. ④ Excellent ink cleaning performance during color change cleaning.

■Precautions for use

① Installation location The best dust removal effect can be obtained by attaching it to the first ink applicator roller. ②Cleaning method If you are using UV ink, you can effectively clean it by cleaning it with a UV ink cleaning agent such as our product Royal Clean UV Plus or Royal Clean UV Plus L. Please avoid using chlorinated solvents such as Trichloride as they may shorten the life of the product.
