About This Product

The Black Ace series was developed with an emphasis on "resistance to surface deterioration, especially scratching", which is the most important requirement for off-wheel ink rollers. This is an ink roller material for off-wheels that uses carbon black, which is more resistant than conventional white carbon-based materials. In addition, the formulation has a higher resistance to off-wheel ink containing vegetable oil than conventional materials, so it can be expected to extend the life of rubber rollers.

■Main features① Regarding mechanical strength
The Black Ace series has high tensile/tear strength and abrasion resistance, and the elongation is approximately 1.5 times that of our existing materials.The design is very flexible, so it can be used in high-speed off-wheel printing. It is made of a material that does not easily fade.

② Stability of nip width
It has high resistance to off-wheel inks containing vegetable oil, so there is little change in diameter or hardness, resulting in less change in nip width, and it can be used stably for a long time.

③Printing stability
The ink is highly stable on the roller, and the ink is less likely to clump compared to conventional materials, reducing printing problems such as ink not falling or poor ink flow. Additionally, the ink transfer properties are better than with conventional materials, making stable printing possible.
