You can secure the preset axial force (tightening force) by watching the change in color and tightening when it becomes completely black.

Since the appropriate axial force differs depending on the application, it will be determined based on the intended use after consultation, and will be manufactured to order. (Setable range: 40%-80% of bolt's guaranteed load) Lack of axial force due to insufficient tightening of bolts increases the risk of breakage. By using the DTI system, it is possible to confirm that the expected initial axial force has been generated at all fastening points.

This makes it easier to avoid problems by early detecting loosening of bolts caused by various factors, such as sudden shocks that exceed expectations at the time of design, severe vibrations, and thinning of soft parts due to deterioration over time.
