Since the appropriate axial force differs depending on the application, it will be determined based on the intended use after consultation, and will be manufactured to order. (Setable range: 40%-80% of bolt's guaranteed load) Lack of axial force due to insufficient tightening of bolts increases the risk of breakage. By using the DTI system, it is possible to confirm that the expected initial axial force has been generated at all fastening points. This makes it easier to avoid problems by early detecting loosening of bolts caused by various factors, such as sudden shocks that exceed expectations at the time of design, severe vibrations, and thinning of soft parts due to deterioration over time. The color display of the DTI system is always linked to the elongation of the bolt due to axial force, so the axial force status can be determined in real time. And by adopting the DTI system, it is possible to significantly reduce work costs. In the past, as a way to avoid the above problems, it was necessary to retighten all fasteners because the individual tightening levels were not known.
