■Features
Water vapor of 10-6g/m2/D can be measured stably. Using our unique technology, we have solved the conventional problems of unstable measurements due to gas released from the container wall (water) and back-clamping, as well as the inability to calibrate the absolute value of permeation. Backward reduction is achieved through degassing through baking in vacuum, and absolute value calibration of permeated gas is achieved using a standard conductance element.
*The amount that one drop of water (0.05ml) permeates through the Tokyo Dome site area (approximately 50,000m2) in one day 0.05/50,000 = 1×10^-6g/m2/day
