■Summary

Nanometal ink, produced using ULVAC's proprietary evaporation method in gas, is a new type of conductive ink in which nanoparticles are stably dispersed in a solvent without agglomeration. The inkjet method allows direct formation of fine wiring patterns.

■Fired film characteristics Target base material

Please use a substrate with a heat-resistant temperature higher than the firing temperature (e.g. glass, polymide, Ni, Cu, ceramic substrates, etc.).
