■Summary

The CAS series uses an infrared gold image furnace to achieve rapid heating and cooling, direct temperature control of the test piece, and simple atmosphere generation, achieving highly accurate heat treatment simulation of processes that have been difficult until now for steel materials. This is a device that can. We handle everything from general-purpose heat treatment tests to process heat treatment simulation tests for thin steel plates, thick steel plates, stainless steel plates, electromagnetic steel plates, etc. The CAS series, which can easily determine the transformation point of steel sheets, uses an infrared gold image furnace to achieve high-speed heating and cooling, direct temperature control of the test piece, and simple atmosphere generation, making it possible to perform processes that have been difficult until now for steel materials. This is a device that can perform heat treatment simulations with high accuracy.
