About This Product

■Summary

It is possible to accurately observe the wettability of the substrate and ingot. Based on the wettability test/contact angle measurement device delivered to the Space Exploration Agency in 1993, we commercialized it as a compact, low-cost high-temperature wettability test/contact angle measurement device. In addition to the sessile drop method, measurement can be performed using the extruded drop method (optional).

- Observation of wettability during brazing, welding, etc. ・Research and development of casting alloys and mold materials ・Research on liquid phase sintering ・Wettability test between molten glass and sealing metal, etc.
