■Summary
This device is a tabletop lamp heating device that allows heat treatment of samples up to 50 mm square.
Since the release of the tabletop lamp heating device MILA-5000 series as a heating device for samples up to 20 mm square, it has been used by many customers. In response, we have made it possible to heat treat up to 50mm square while maintaining the compact body that integrates a heating furnace, chamber, and temperature controller.

1. High-speed heating of Si wafers and compound wafers
2. High-speed heating of electronic materials such as substrate heating for optical CVD
3. Heat treatment of glass substrates, ceramics, composite materials, etc.
4. Heat cycle test
5. Annealing of metal materials
6. Heat resistance evaluation of coating film
7. Heating and drying of organic materials and resins
■Features
1. It is possible to heat treat samples up to a maximum size of W 50mm x L 50mm.
2. Maximum operating temperature is 1,200℃
3. Desktop type with integrated heating furnace, chamber, and temperature controller
4. Rapid heating/cooling and clean heating possible with Cold Wall structure
5. Easily input temperature recipes using a computer connected via USB
6. Temperature data during heating can be displayed on the computer screen (can also be saved as a text file)
