About This Product

■Summary

Rapidly heats up to 1,800℃ in 1 minute. This is a compact infrared gold image furnace that can heat up to 1,800℃. It can be used for basic experiments of zone melting and SiC power devices.

■Applications

・Ultra high temperature high vacuum heat treatment zone melting ・Crystal growth test ・Basic research on SiC power devices ・Heat cycle test ・Melting point measurement at high temperatures

■Features

・Observation of sample during heating ・Heat treatment at 100V 2kW up to 1,800℃ in various atmospheres such as vacuum, air, and inert gas

■Temperature controller

Please use the MR-H5500, which is exclusive to the MIRO series, as the program temperature controller.
