This is a tabletop ultra-high temperature lamp annealing device that can heat expensive samples such as SiC and small pieces of other high-melting point materials up to an ultra-high temperature range of 1,800℃ using spot heating with high reflection efficiency.

・Can be heated to ultra-high temperatures of 1,800℃ in 10 seconds
・Spot condensing furnace equipped with a high-power lamp on an elliptical reflective surface
・Rapid heating/cooling and clean heating possible with Cold Wall structure
・Desktop type with integrated heating furnace and quartz chamber
- Temperature recipes can be easily entered on a computer connected via USB.
・Temperature data during heating can be displayed on the computer screen (can also be saved as a text file)
