About This Product

■Summary

This is a tabletop ultra-high temperature lamp annealing device that can heat expensive samples such as SiC and small pieces of other high-melting point materials up to an ultra-high temperature range of 1,800℃ using spot heating with high reflection efficiency.

■Applications

・Research and development of oxide film formation and activation annealing for SiC (GaN) power device processes ・Research and development of other semiconductor processes ・Heat treatment of glass substrates, ceramics, composite materials, etc. ・Thermal shock test of ceramic materials ・Various heat treatment tests such as sintering of high melting point metal materials ・As a temperature gradient furnace ・As a heating furnace for gas analysis

■Features

・Can be heated to ultra-high temperatures of 1,800℃ in 10 seconds ・Spot condensing furnace equipped with a high-power lamp on an elliptical reflective surface ・Rapid heating/cooling and clean heating possible with Cold Wall structure ・Desktop type with integrated heating furnace and quartz chamber - Temperature recipes can be easily entered on a computer connected via USB. ・Temperature data during heating can be displayed on the computer screen (can also be saved as a text file)
