・A series that accommodates the features of various thermoelectric materials and special specifications such as thin films. ・A C thermocouple is used as the temperature detection sensor, making it ideal for evaluating Si-based thermoelectric materials (SiGe, MgSi, etc.) (HT type) ・Equipped with V/I plot for self-diagnosis of ohmic contact as standard ・Capable of measuring up to 1,200℃ (HT type) ・Supports high resistance up to 10MΩ (HR type) ・Measurement of materials deposited on the substrate is possible (TF type) ・Temperature control possible from -150℃ to 200℃ (LT type)
