About This Product

CRTS-12NS is a rotary multi-sensor developed for the CRTM series of crystal oscillation film deposition controllers. It can be equipped with 12 5MHz crystals, so it can be safely used for long-term continuous deposition.

■Applications

・Optics, optical communication parts ・Organic EL ・Electronic parts, etc.

■Features

・Can be equipped with 12 5MHz AT cut crystals ・Achieves high reliability with a unique drive system that uses a vacuum motor ・Crystal replacement is easy as the holder can be removed and attached. ・It is possible to detect abnormal oscillation (end of life) of the crystal and automatically switch the crystal (when using the CRTM series as the controller)
