About This Product

■Summary

Turbo molecular pump (345L/sec) + oil rotary vacuum pump. Ultimate pressure is 10^-5Pa. Necessary equipment such as the main pump, auxiliary pump, valve piping, electrical system, and pressure measurement ports are compactly stored within the mount. The DEPOX series is available in four types with different exhaust system configurations. Easy to handle and ideal for experiments.

■Features

-Equipped with casters, this exhaust system is easy to move. - Comes with an adjuster to ensure installation safety. ・It is possible to open the vacuum chamber without stopping the main pump. ・Maintenance is easy because there are few components, such as the use of a three-way valve. ・Options such as a vacuum gauge can be stored in the same stand. ・RoHS compliant
