About This Product

■Summary

The YTP series is a simple high vacuum pumping unit consisting of a ULVAC turbo molecular pump (UTM series), a rotary pump, a forevalve, a Pirani vacuum gauge, and a control system. This single product can exhaust air from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum.

■Applications

・As a vacuum evacuation device for various analytical devices ・As a roughing pump for accelerators and beam lines ・As a high vacuum evacuation device for experimental equipment

■Features

・You can choose from 2 types: automatic operation type (YTP-SA series) and manual operation type (YTP-M series), and 4 types of exhaust speed. - In the event of a power outage, the fore valve is automatically closed and the inside of the rotary pump is automatically vented. Even if the power is restored, the exhaust unit will not operate. -The saturated vapor pressure of the fluorine oil used in the turbo molecular pump is around 10^-11 Pa (20℃), so it is completely oil-free. ・The turbo molecular pump uses high-performance bearings, so there is no need for troublesome oil changes or bearing replacements.
