About This Product

■Summary

YTP series Ver.B is a high vacuum pumping unit equipped with a ceramic ball bearing type turbomolecular pump. Evacuation from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum is possible. The lineup includes the SA type, which can be automatically vented using the START/STOP switch, and the M type, which can be operated manually. For the auxiliary pump, a rotary pump is standard, and a dry scroll pump can also be selected.

■Various series available to suit different applications

There is a standard specification that uses a rotary pump as the auxiliary pump, and a dry specification that uses a dry scroll pump.

■Excellent power outage countermeasures

The forevalve is equipped with a solenoid valve as standard to prevent backflow and failure during power outages.

■You can check the roughing status

Equipped with a Pirani vacuum gauge as standard, it is possible to check the pressure during rough evacuation.

■Exhaust up to UHV range possible

By attaching an optional baking heater and performing degassing processing, exhaust to the UHV range is possible. (*As product specification value)
