This is a desktop high vacuum pumping unit equipped with a ceramic ball bearing type turbomolecular pump. In consideration of the desktop usage environment, operating noise and vibration during operation have been reduced. In addition, a touch panel is used to operate the device, allowing for simple operation with easy-to-understand icons.

It is possible to capture the vacuum gauge signal and display it on the operation screen. Up to two vacuum gauges can be connected. (Vacuum gauge is sold separately.)
