(compared to our company) ・Achieves high pumping speed in the ultra-high vacuum region. ・Can be evacuated to ultra-high vacuum range in a short time. ・Excellent starting characteristics in the ultra-high vacuum region. (Discharge continues up to ultra-high vacuum region)
