About This Product

■Summary

When starting an oil rotary vacuum pump or working in a low vacuum, the oil from the pump is discharged along with the exhausted gas in the form of oil smoke and oil droplets. By using the TM/TMX series, you can work in a clean environment without contaminating indoor equipment and atmosphere with oil droplets and smoke.

■Remove oil droplets and oil smoke

Consumption due to pump oil splashing is extremely reduced, and pump oil replenishment is greatly reduced.

■Excellent sound deadening effect

It is extremely effective when the pump is started at atmospheric pressure, operated in low vacuum, or in gas ballast operation. It is especially effective for low frequency sounds.

■Oil recovery method can be selected (optional)

If you use the product with trapped oil remaining in the main body, it will shorten the life of the filter and cause problems with the pump. Depending on the usage conditions of the pump, the function for collecting trapped oil can be selected, so please consult with us.

■Easy to connect to pump

The TM series is easy to install because the connection port matches the exhaust port of the standard pump. (An adapter is required when installing TM-2 (F) to VD601 or VD901)

■The internal filter is cartridge type.

The internal filter can be easily replaced. (An adapter is required when replacing the old filter of TM-3, 4, 4S with a cartridge type filter.) *1 Be sure to use an oil mist trap that matches the displacement of the pump. *2 An adapter is required to connect with the oil rotary vacuum pump PVD series, VD151, and VD201. *3 Oil recovery function cannot be selected for TMX-1 and 2. *4 TMX-1, 2, and TM-2 (old model) cannot be replaced with cartridge type filters.
