■SummaryThis is a vacuum pump that performs evacuation through the reciprocating motion of a thin rubber membrane (diaphragm). The structure is simple and easy to handle. The DA series is a standard type.

■Special notes- If the pump is stopped during load operation and restarted immediately after, it may not restart. In this case, return the inside of the pump to atmospheric pressure.
・Do not inhale corrosive gases, organic solvents, liquids, or condensable gases (water vapor, etc.). Also, make sure that dirt and dust do not enter the pump.
・Due to the combination of base components, the M3 and M4 screw positions of this pump may vary within the tolerance range.
- When installing this pump into equipment, etc., make the mounting holes into elongated holes.
・This is a vacuum pump for indoor use only. Do not install it outdoors or in a place where it may be exposed to rain or water.
・If the pump is operated for a long time near atmospheric pressure, the pump may malfunction in a short period of time.
