About This Product

■Summary

ECO-SHOCK is an attachment that significantly reduces power consumption by attaching it to a dry pump. The ES4A is ideal for applications that are used for frequently repeated evacuation of loading and unloading chambers, and for reducing the power consumption of dry pumps that operate for a long time to reach the maximum pressure, such as the back of a turbomolecular pump. Patent registered (Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore)

Effective in applications where continuous operation time is long at 1,000Pa or less *4 Applicable to dry pumps that can be operated without problems even if the exhaust port (discharge port) is vacuumed. Do not install it on a dry pump that cannot create a vacuum at the exhaust port (discharge port).

■No decrease in pumping speed in all pressure ranges

There is no need to control the rotation speed of the dry pump installed with this machine, so there is no reduction in pumping speed.

■Easy to install

Can be installed by attaching an optional valve unit *5 *6 *5 The installation method differs depending on the model and structure of the dry pump. (Some pump modifications are required for LR3600 and LR3601 (-R).) *6 Some modifications may be required depending on the installation environment. On-site installation work can be done at the nearest ULVAC Techno Co., Ltd. CS Center.
