■Summary

This equipment is intended for vacuum distillation processing. It is possible to distill highly heat-sensitive substances (substances that undergo thermal decomposition and polymerization) under vacuum at low temperatures and in a short time, and has extremely high separation efficiency.

■Applications

・High-vacuum distillation treatment of various vitamins, DHA, EPA, squalene, and other oils and fats ・Refining of vacuum pump oil, refrigeration oil, and transformer oil ・Vacuum heat treatment of encapsulants and molding materials used for electronic parts, semiconductor parts, etc. ・Purification of fatty acid derivatives: monoglyceride, fatty acid amide, various fatty acids

■Features

・There are two types of heating methods: indirect heating using a heat medium (CEH-B) and radiant heating using an electric heater (CEH-E), which can be selected according to the characteristics. ・A thin and uniform evaporation film can be obtained by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the evaporation surface rotor. ・Instantaneous processing is possible at relatively low temperatures under high vacuum. Minimize quality deterioration due to heat. ・With the heat medium circulation method, the temperature can be set arbitrarily and the temperature control accuracy is high. It can also be made into an explosion-proof structure, so it can handle materials containing solvents. ・It has a wide range of uses including concentration, deodorization, degassing, solvent removal, and dehydration.
