About This Product

■Summary

Since manufacturing the first machine in 1957, we have delivered more than 200 units both domestically and internationally, contributing to a wide range of industries including special steel, electronic materials, and new materials. We have developed new technologies such as high-vacuum degassing refining using cryopanels and multi-element alloying using a unidirectional stirring system. We can also provide equipment lines and production technology for rare earth magnet production.

■Applications

・Fe-based alloys: Machinery and equipment (hob cutters, pinions, bites), molds, bearing steel ・Rare earth metal: Magnet (Nd-Fe-B,Sm-Co) ・Ti alloy: Shape memory alloy, hydrogen storage alloy ・Precious metals: bonding wire, Au, Pt, thermocouples, electrical contact materials, dental products, decorative items ・Ni-based alloys: heat-resistant steel, corrosion-resistant materials, electrical component materials, permalloy ・Al: bonding wire, lead frame, sputtering target ・Cu: Electrical contact material, lead frame ・Cr:Sputter target

■Features

・Excellent degassing effect due to cryopanel. ・Capable of adding and controlling large amounts of active metals. ・The cleanliness of the ingot is extremely excellent. - Excellent uniformity of ingredients due to unidirectional stirring method. - Capable of rapid heating and excellent operability.
