About This Product
■Summary
It can be widely used for vacuum heat treatment such as hardening, tempering, annealing, etc. of various metal parts. The lifting mechanism allows for a space-saving two-chamber structure: a heating chamber and a preparation/cooling chamber. Product temperature can be continuously recorded from heating to cooling completion, allowing product quality control.
■Applications
・Hardening and tempering treatment: Various tool steels, machine parts, aircraft parts
・Brazing processing: heat exchangers, mechanical parts, aircraft parts, vacuum circuit breakers
■Features
- Maximum temperature is 1,350℃, and can be used at regular temperatures of 800 to 1,150℃.
- Thermal uniformity is guaranteed to be within 1,150℃ ± 5℃.
・The heating chamber is always kept in a vacuum, allowing high-quality heat treatment to be performed with good reproducibility.
・A series of heat treatments from heating to cooling can be performed while the thermocouple is set on the product, allowing high quality control as part of the thermal history management of the product.
