It can be widely used for vacuum heat treatment such as heat treatment, brazing, and sintering of various metal parts. By adopting a hot roller conveyance method and combining each unitized chamber, it is possible to configure a multi-chamber furnace that suits the process.

■Features
・By using a hot roller conveyance method, a multi-chamber furnace with three or more chambers is possible.
・The units of the preparation room (vacuum/atmospheric exchange), preheating room (normally 500°C), heating room (normally 1,150°C), and cooling room can be combined to suit the process to configure the optimal equipment.
・By dividing each chamber with a double gate valve, it is possible to completely separate the vacuum/atmosphere.
・Using a carrier gas method enables processing that suppresses metal evaporation.
- Units can be added according to the planned production volume.
・It is possible to process heating 1 → cooling 1 → heating 2 → cooling 2 → removal from a product set in-line.
・The heating chamber heater is divided into 6 parts (high uniform heating specification option), enabling high uniform heating characteristics with a product temperature of 1,150°C ± 3°C.
