About This Product

■Summary It can be widely used for vacuum heat treatment such as hardening, tempering, sintering, brazing, annealing, etc. of various metal parts. By adopting the fork transport method, we have realized multi-chamber furnaces with two or three chamber structures. ■Applications ・Hardening and tempering treatment: various mechanical parts, molds ・Sintering treatment: Carbide tools, magnets ・Brazing treatment: heat exchangers, mechanical parts ■Features - Maximum temperature is 1,350℃, and can be used at regular temperatures of 800 to 1,150℃. - Thermal uniformity is guaranteed to be within 1,150℃ ± 5℃. ・The heating chamber is always kept in a vacuum, allowing high-quality heat treatment to be performed with good reproducibility. ・Using the carrier gas method, it is possible to process while suppressing metal evaporation. ・When cooling, the heating chamber is not cooled, so power consumption can be saved. ・Since the heating chamber structure is always in a vacuum state, it is not oxidized and has a long life with almost no wear and tear. ・The heating chamber has a water-cooled jacket structure to block internal heat and keep the working environment clean.
