In response to the growing need for quantitative data in elevated temperature environments, Anton Paar has expanded its range of pin-on-disk tribometers to include powerful high-temperature versions that can accurately simulate operating conditions. did. ■Technical features

・Two friction sensors minimize thermal drift errors in friction measurements from room temperature to 1,000°C ・Achieves accurate and uniform temperature control up to 1,000℃ with surrounding water-cooled heating elements ・Easy to set up tribology tests under extremely high temperatures with precisely designed sample and ball holders ・The design separates the application of vertical load and the measurement of frictional force, so there is no crosstalk between different force signals. ・Unidirectional, rotational, or rotational and reciprocating motion modes ・Continuous wear depth measurement ・3 test parameters: standard, incremental, and user-defined modes ・"Modelization" software that simulates elastic contact pressure and deformation distribution using the Hertzian method ・Automatic protection of user-defined friction thresholds ・Fully compliant with ASTM G99, ASTM G133 and DIN 50324 standards
