About This Product

With an optional dual-tube setup, the FF35 CT combines unprecedented CT data quality with maximum versatility for inspecting small and medium-sized parts.

■Features of FF35 CT

- Single or dual X-ray tube configurations provide maximum versatility for laboratory micro-CT applications ・Switch between 225kV microfocus tube and 190kV nanofocus tube within seconds with one button ・Accurate results due to granite operation and air conditioning ・Application flexibility with various CT trajectories and FoV expansion by software platform Geminy ・Optional measurement version of MPESD = 5.9µm + L/75[L in mm] ・FF35 CT SEMI version compliant with semiconductor market standards available ・NEW. The maximum sample weight has been updated to 50kg.

■Flexible inspection of ultra-small to medium-sized parts is possible.

Comet YXLON's FF35 CT, FF35 CT Metrology and FF35 CT SEMI cover a very wide range of applications. Improve materials testing in R&D departments, optimize process control, inspect small series, and for a variety of scientific applications. With two different X-ray tube setups, high-resolution CT systems can significantly expand quality assurance and research possibilities in the automotive, electronics, aviation, and materials science industries.

■Proven technology: 225kV micro focus directional beam tube

With a high power of 320W and a water-cooled target, the 225kV Comet YXLON directional beam tube enables rapid CT scans within 1 minute. In 2D operation, the spatial resolution reaches 4 μm. The ability to switch between a microfocus directional beam tube and a nanofocus transmissive beam tube in a single inspection sequence greatly expands the scope of application.
