About This Product

In addition to the excellent features of a dynamic image analysis measurement system (ISO 13322-2), CAMSIZER 3D has the ability to track individual particles, making it suitable for bulk material characterization (particle size distribution, particle shape). We have come up with a new proposal. Unique 3D analysis: Each particle is imaged up to 20 times from different directions as it falls through a wide camera coverage area. We are able to perform 3D shape analysis of individual particles by analyzing up to 30 image data. Well-established two-camera optical system: By combining the basic camera (large particle measurement, 5M pixels) and zoom camera (small particle measurement, 9M pixels), the hardware measures particle size distribution and particle shape over a wide measurement range from 20μm to 30mm. Executed without switching. CAMSIZER 3D is the ideal device for quality control and research and development of dry, highly fluid bulk particles.

■Patented original technology 3D PARTICLE TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

CAMSIZER 3D consists of a sample hopper, electromagnetic feeder, LED strobe light source, two high-speed cameras, and control software. Particles are supplied to the measurement area by rotating and falling naturally using an electromagnetic feeder. By capturing up to 250 images per second while falling and tracking individual particles during that time, the particle diameter in three dimensions, including the major axis, minor axis, and particle width, can be determined from up to 30 particle images. We are achieving evaluation. In addition, the software's filter functionality allows for targeted evaluation of characteristics of particular interest, such as particle size (large particles/small particles) and particle shape (spherical/elongated).
