■Highest spatial resolution at all magnifications

Nanophoton's goal is perfect resolution. While the spatial resolution of low magnification objective lenses such as 10x and 20x has been improved to the limit, the spatial resolution of 350nm at 100x is of course still intact. RAMANtouch guarantees the highest spatial resolution for any measurement.

■Industry's highest spatial resolution of 350nm

One of the biggest features of RAMANTouch is that it guarantees a spatial resolution of 350 nm, which approaches the diffraction limit. In addition to being able to clearly image minute structures and particles, it also increases the detection sensitivity for minute objects of 100 nm or less. Equipped with an optical system that combines line illumination and laser beam scanning, it achieves ultra-high-speed imaging. In addition, RAMANTouch is equipped with a newly developed spectrometer to reduce aberrations to the absolute minimum, and also push the spatial resolution of low-magnification objective lenses such as 10x and 20x to their limits. Sharp and clear Raman imaging is possible at both high and low magnifications.

■Three-dimensional resolution with confocal optical system

Equipped with a high-quality confocal optical system, it has achieved spatial resolution approaching the theoretical limit even in the depth direction. The data on the right is Raman imaging data of fluorescent beads with a diameter of 200 nm in the depth direction. From the spectral intensity profile, it was confirmed that a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 670 nm was achieved. This high confocality makes it possible to non-destructively measure only the signal at the focal plane inside the transparent sample. It exhibits high performance in tomographic Raman observation of films and Raman spectrum measurement of buried foreign objects.
