About This Product

Spotlight is a state-of-the-art infrared microscope designed to help anyone obtain high-quality results easily and quickly. The combination of the latest software and cutting-edge hardware makes it powerful for a variety of measurements. Features

■ATR measurement is also fully automatic

・Crystal is software controlled ・Equipped with a pressure sensor as standard to improve reproducibility when contacting a sample. ・The contact area of ​​the crystal is only 100μmφ. Makes it easy to measure uneven areas.

■Particle analysis

The measurement target can be automatically identified. Additionally, the optimal aperture is automatically set and measurements can be started in just a few clicks.

■Multilayer film analysis

Each layer is automatically identified and the optimal aperture is automatically set.

■Line scan, mapping measurement

Line scanning and mapping are possible in 3 modes: transmission/reflection/ATR (Spotlight 200i/400). It is a powerful tool for measuring distribution.

■Spectrum search library (database)

Library searching is one of the most important methods for analyzing samples measured by FTIR. Approximately 19,000 spectra of compounds, polymers, pharmaceuticals, etc. are included.

■Clear visible image

A white LED is used as the light source for visible images. It has little color unevenness and has a long lifespan.

■On-Axis optical system

Adopts OnAxis optical system. Since the optical paths of visible light and infrared light are on the same axis, there is no deviation in observation/measurement position. Additionally, there is no need to replace the observation objective lens or Cassegrain mirror for each measurement during ATR/reflection/transmission measurements, so alignment is not required.
