About This Product
The sample surface is scanned at high speed with an array detector, and information in the infrared region is expressed as a 2D sample or an image depending on the purpose. Imaging size can be freely set and data is acquired.
Features
■Realizes ultra-high-speed IR imaging; imaging area can be freely changed
We have adopted the patented SynchroScan interferometer synchronization system, which synchronizes the automatic stage of an infrared microscope and the linear MCT array detector for the first time in the world. This allows ultra-high-speed scanning.
■Compatible with imaging and micro IR measurement
The patented Duet™ detector incorporates linear array elements and single elements coplanarly arranged into a dewar. In addition to imaging, transmission/reflection measurements, and microscopic ATR measurements are possible without switching detectors. Guarantees optimal performance for various applications.
■Detector pixel size can be selected from 1.56μm (ATR), 6.25μm, 25μm, 50μm
Software control allows you to adjust the magnification to the detection element and specify the spatial resolution. There is no need for troublesome parts replacement.
■ATR imaging compatible
Standard crystal supports wide area measurement up to 400µm x 400µm. The large type can measure a wide range of 750 µm × 750 µm to 400 µm × 1,000 µm.
■Imaging measurement possible down to low wave numbers
Up to 650cm-1 as standard, with the industry's only broadband array (~580cm-1) and InGaAs detector available (optional).
■Spectrum search library (database)
Library searching is one of the most important methods for analyzing samples measured by FTIR. Approximately 19,000 spectra of compounds, polymers, pharmaceuticals, etc. are included.
■NIR imaging measurement possible
The Spotlight400N system is capable of imaging in the NIR region.
- Ideal for obtaining NIR imaging in the pharmaceutical field, such as the distribution of ingredients in tablets and the distribution of active substances in bulk.
- Can also be applied to non-destructive imaging of polymers and foods.
・No reflection peak is observed in solid sample reflection measurements in the near-infrared region.
・Advanced image processing is possible with HyperView software that supports principal component analysis (PCA), etc.
