About This Product

■Summary

The FlexiLink series feeder system consists of an NTK series piston vibrator, a leaf spring set, and a FlexiLink connector element. This system uses the natural resonance of springs to move bulk material along a conveyor. Once the trough begins to vibrate at the resonant frequency, very little additional energy is required to maintain the vibration. As the load changes, the trough continues to vibrate at the correct resonance. The amplitude can be adjusted with the optional exhaust throttle. In addition to driving conventional feeder troughs, the FlexiLink system can be used to drive bowl feeders by arranging the leaf spring set in a circular manner to accommodate spiral feeders. Customized versions of the FlexiLink series are available and all components can be purchased separately.
