■Features

・The two-stage pressure reduction structure allows outlet pressure to be maintained with high precision without being affected by fluctuations in cylinder pressure. ・Ideal when constant pressure supply is required for a long period of time ・Suitable for adjusting micro pressure and micro flow rate ・The diaphragm has a Teflon cover, making it suitable for use with H2 and He. ・Built-in filter reduces internal leak troubles ・It can be applied to various applications by utilizing the free entrance/exit specification. ・All standard stock items *Other product numbers are available.
