■SummaryThe SSC9522S is a current resonance type (SMZ (*) method) power supply control IC that has a built-in floating drive circuit for high-side power MOSFET drive. It has extensive protection functions such as automatic dead time adjustment function and current resonance disconnection detection function, and has a small number of components, making it easy to configure a power system with high cost performance, high efficiency, and low noise.
*SMZ: Soft-switched Multi-resonant Zero Current switch (all switching areas operate as soft switches)
