About This Product

■PUMP system basic concept

- Stable pressure adjustment is possible for the ink inside the head. ・Effective cleaning of the inside of the head is possible. ・Discharge of residual air inside the head when replacing ink can be controlled more effectively than flushing. ・Suitable for diversifying routes, increasing flexibility in cleaning, discharging, etc. PUMP SYSTEM configuration

■Pneumatics related

A pump is used inside to input and output pressure and negative pressure.

■Pressure sensor

Determine the settings using Panasonic DP-100. This turns the pump on and off to generate the necessary pressure. For basic operation, operate in EASY mode and use the pressure value required by the user.

■PWM POWER DRIVER

This unit performs PWM control in the circuit that drives the pump. Adjust PWM with volume. Adjust while checking the desired air pressure with the pressure sensor.

■Pump SW

Turns the pump operation on and off.

■MODE SW

Switches between sending pressure and negative pressure.
