■SIPOS SEVEN Features/Specifications

・Continuous adjustment operation possible EN15714-2:2009 compliant ClassD (S9) rating*HiMod ・Speed ​​and torque are not affected by fluctuations in voltage and frequency, and stable speed and torque can be obtained (maximum -30%~+20%) ・Soft start-up, deceleration, and electronic braking reduce mechanical stress on gears and valves. ・Excellent controllability with sensor accuracy of 0.0035–0.018% and final output accuracy of 0.1-0.2%*HiMod ・Simple mechanical and electronic units and modular design provide excellent maintainability ・Reliably and completely protect the motor with current value and real-time motor temperature monitoring ・Inverter control eliminates the need for large starting currents and suppresses the capacity of power supplies, electric wires, etc. l Speeds can be selected according to the opening degree, making the flow characteristics linear and preventing cavitation and water hammer. ・Other functions such as process controller and field bus can also be selected. ・Excellent maintainability and safety as no backup battery is required for position and parameters. ・Protection class and temperature IP68/-20℃~+60℃ ・Uses an aluminum alloy housing that is lightweight and has excellent corrosion resistance. *It is also possible to combine with various reducers to create larger valves or 90° operation valves.
