About This Product

This product is made to order with custom specifications for development purposes. ■Customization of light emitting surface size and shape The effective light emitting area can be designed by changing the length of the light emitting tube and its arrangement configuration. The standard width of the tubes is 2mm, and by arranging them closely or with gaps, the luminous area, aspect ratio, and luminous intensity are designed. ■Emission wavelength selection/complex customization Vacuum ultraviolet light (147/172nm) A variety of emission wavelengths can be achieved using excitation type phosphors. Uniformly formed inside the glass tube using unique technology. It is also possible to combine and arrange light emitting tubes of different phosphors. ■Selection/adjustment of light output We accept special orders for high output products in each wavelength range. 15mW/cm2 (750mW over the entire surface) is possible at 8×6cm2 size 260nm. It is also possible to set an energy-saving, long-life operation type that suppresses output. ■Features/For making existing products mercury-free - As a key device for new and original products - Optimized design for irradiation targets Existing UV-applied products that use mercury lamps can be improved to be mercury-free and environmentally friendly. It is also ideal for developing new products that are thin, lightweight, and have large-area irradiation that cannot be achieved with conventional technology. It is possible to create a large-area UV module by arranging multiple surface light sources. For high-output types, modularization that integrates the circuit and cooling fan is effective. For tube irradiation type, we provide flexible film type that corresponds to the wrapping diameter. ■Special order range ・Device light emitting surface (cm) Tube element length x array length: Square type (5-12 x 1-12), long type (2-25 x 1-3) ・Wavelength range: UVC, UVB and UVA ・Emission intensity (mW/cm2): ~15.0@UVC ・Power circuit board: DC12V/24V input dedicated inverter ・Heat dissipation structure: Dedicated rear fan mechanism ・Modularization: irradiation container, dedicated heat dissipation structure, etc. ■Special order conditions ・Device light emitting surface (cm) Tube element length x array length: Square type: max. 12 x 12, long type: max. 25 x 3 ・Wavelength range: The phosphor used will be considered separately. ・Emission intensity (mW/cm2): Value with specific phosphor ・Power circuit board: Adjust the circuit according to the light source ・Heat dissipation structure: Depends on usage environment temperature etc.
