About This Product

This is a model with a measuring jig that allows you to measure small diameter rollers, pipes, and shafts on a desktop. Laser micro gauge (LMG) enables high-precision simultaneous measurement of outer diameter and runout. It is possible to build a device that can measure by simply placing a workpiece at a relatively low cost.

■Various measurement jigs for small diameter LMG (12mm/30mm models)

Just place the object to be measured on the measuring jig and instantly measure the outer diameter with high precision. Suitable for quality control of products that are measured in large quantities. The measurement jig set by a manufacturer with extensive knowledge of laser outer diameter measuring instruments enables high-precision measurements that are inherent to the measuring instrument.

■For measuring small rollers, shafts, and pipes

Various sizes can be installed, from mini printers to A4 size rollers. Supports simultaneous measurement of rotational outer diameter and runout by manual lateral movement and rotation. Equipped with a stopper that prevents the object to be measured from moving sideways during rotation measurement. With this model, the object to be measured can be mounted on either the bearing holder or the V seat holder by swapping the mounting parts left and right. If you use the data acquisition software "GetLMGEx", you can automatically output measurement results to an Excel inspection sheet. (PC with Excel required) A jig with a rotating motor unit with a rotation start switch and speed control function is also available. We can also manufacture jigs with a shorter overall rail length for shorter workpieces. We can also manufacture models that are mounted on the race center or rotation center.
