About This Product

RoboTest P is a fully automatic test system for tensile testing of metals. Depending on the specimen dimensions and surface, up to 300 specimens can be tested autonomously. The operator places the specimen into the magazine in the safe area of ​​the system. It is also possible to fill the magazine while the test is running. Once the system is activated, it automatically feeds the specimen, tests it, and removes any remaining specimens. Specimen testing procedures can be specified by the operator at any time. Appropriate acceptance criteria allow for the separation and disposal of good and bad test piece remnants. By using additional equipment such as cross-sectional area measuring devices, ID scanners, roughness measuring devices or hardness meters, the specimen throughput can be optimally adapted to customer requirements. Determination of the r value and area reduction ratio are also performed automatically, accurately and reproducibly. Multiple material testing machines can be connected to the system to increase specimen throughput. For manual testing, the specimen gripper can be moved to the side to allow operator access to the testing machine. For systems with two test machines, an additional safety area allows operators to perform manual tests in parallel with automated operations.
