About This Product

General purpose 400℃ heat resistant paint. Brushed silver. It is the easiest way to paint heated areas such as homes and factories. Corrosion resistance is improved by applying a special primer for Okitsumo Standard. Since the viscosity is low, there is no need to dilute it, but if it is difficult to apply, please use a special thinner.

■Applications

Heating equipment, plants, incinerators, etc.

■Amount of coating, coating area

75g/m2×1 coat (brush) / 100g/m2 (airless) *Please do not apply too thickly. This may cause swelling or peeling after heating.

■Drying time

Recoating time (brush): 1 hour or more and within 12 days

■Caution (Please do not paint under the following conditions)

・When rain or snow is expected ・When the outside temperature is below 5℃ and the difference from the dew point is within 3℃. ・When the relative humidity is 85% or more ・Windy day The coating film is only semi-cured when dried at room temperature. The object to be coated will become sticky and emit smoke as it moves, but the smoke will eventually stop and the coating will be completely cured. (As a guide, heating at 180℃ for 20 minutes or more is required.)
