About This Product
■ Reflective paint with excellent heat resistance and UV performance
･ White silicone ink is an ink made from silicone resin as a binder, developed as a sorder resist ink on the electronic substrate substrate to improve the performance of LED lighting fixtures and long life.
･ In LED lighting equipment, measures such as using parts such as lenses and reflectors are used to use lenses and electronic substrates white in order to efficiently use the light from the internal light emitting element (LED).
･ If the optical reflector of the electronic substrate and the reflector is increased, the lighting fixture can be increased and the power consumption can be reduced while maintaining the brightness, so a high reflective ink and paint are required for this application.
･ Since lighting fixtures are determined to be life when the brightness is reduced to 70 % of the initial, the reflector and electronic substrate deteriorate and the reflectivity of the light decreases affects the life of the lighting equipment. For this reason, painting a reflector or electronic substrate with a paint that does not deteriorate for a long period of time can extend the life of the equipment.
Silicone has a feature that it is extremely excellent in heat resistance and weather resistance and does not discolor for a long period of time compared to general binder resin such as epoxy, acrylic, and urethane, and the use of white silicone inks using silicone as binders contributes to the long life of lighting equipment.
･ The white silicone ink is expanded in the background of its high reflectivity, heat resistance, and UV resistance, and is used as a material for the optical reflector of lighting equipment and integrated balls of lighting equipment and integral balls of optical measurement equipment.
･ Based on visible light products, ceramic ink hybrid paste (for heat resistance) with enhanced heat resistance and UV silicone ink that focus on ultraviolet reflectivity have been developed.
･ By using the ink that is suitable for the application, it contributes to energy saving and long life.
