■Tough (high-strength) slings with colors turned on for each wire diameter
High strength. But when you line it up with regular wire, you can't tell which is which. Tough Color Rope MAX is made of hemp core wire, and the wire material is made of high carbon to maximize strength.
We added a recognition color to each wire rope diameter so that anyone in any country can recognize that ``yellow is yellow.'' The strength is 35% higher than that of a regular hemp core, which means it has the strength of class C steel core, and it also has a decorative finish, so it looks great on site.
There are two main uses for Tough Color MAX. When replacing hemp core wire, the strength can be improved by 35% or the size can be reduced. When replacing steel core wire, it is approximately 20% lighter in weight and is extremely flexible, dramatically improving handling. The strength is the same or higher, so it is possible to use the same size.
Because of its high strength, the current mainstream 4 wire 3 point suspension calculation is used to increase the wire size by 2 sizes, and the cost will not increase accordingly, making it possible to continue using the same diameter and at the same price.
