About This Product

Available in electromechanical systems with unlimited continuous rotation, slip rings have the ability to transfer power and data from stationary to rotating objects. Also called rotary electrical interface, collector, swivel, commutator. The AC6275 slip ring's 69.85 mm inner diameter hollow section can be used for piping hydraulic and pneumatic equipment or for installing this slip ring on a concentric shaft. Additionally, the AC6275 slip ring features Moog's proprietary fiber brushes, which offer several advantages over traditional slip ring contacts. The advantages of this fiber brush include multiple contact points in the brush bundle, reduced contact pressure per fiber, and reduced contact wear rate.Although it does not require lubrication, it produces almost no wear debris. There are also benefits.

・Through hole inner diameter 69.85 mm ・Compact outer diameter of 168.4 mm Modular design – 1 module consists of: 1 50A circuit, 2 30A circuits, 1-3 10A circuits, or 6 5A signal circuits - If there are 24 modules: 24 50A circuits, 48 ​​30A circuits, 72 10A circuits or 144 5A signal circuits (these 4 types of circuits can also be housed in one housing) ・Steel bearings and machined shaft and housing make it suitable for harsh environments. ・Use a collar when attaching to the shaft (flange attachment option also available) ・A wide variety of lead wire extraction patterns ・Silver plated ring (standard) or gold plated ring (optional) ・360° continuous rotation and input/output power/data signals ・Sealed unit
