About This Product
Available in electromechanical systems with unlimited continuous rotation, slip rings have the ability to transfer power and data from stationary to rotating objects. This slip ring is also called rotary electrical interface, commutator, collector, swivel, electrical rotary joint.
The AC6023 slip ring capsule is a standard off-the-shelf unit that uses gold as the contact material for the rotating interface. This slip ring capsule uses color-coded leads on both the rotor and stator sides for easy electrical connections.

・Model variations of 6, 12, 18, and 24 circuits
・Each circuit rating is 2A, AC240V
- Adopts precision ball bearings that fully meet lifetime requirements and are suitable for most commercial applications
・Maximum continuous rotation speed 250 rpm
・Compact size: Length 14.48 to 35.05 mm (depending on the number of circuits)
・Gold/Gold contacts
・Lead wire length is 304.8, 609.6, 914.4, 1,219.2 mm
・Data bus protocol compliant
・Sealed units also available (dust-proof and splash-proof only)
・Silver-plated lead wire with color-coded Teflon insulation coating
・Can transmit analog and digital signals
・A combination configuration of A or 10A power circuit and 2A circuit is also available.
