About This Product
Based on our track record of about 500 units and on-site experience, we have focused on maintainability while maintaining accuracy and stability, and have narrowed it down to the minimum necessary functions. With ease of installation in mind, the compact box-type housing design has reduced the weight to approximately half that of previous models. In case of an emergency, the X-ray source is designed so that if you bring a spare part with you, you can replace the X-ray source yourself. No special skills or adjustments are required.
This is a product developed for production lines with speeds of 90m/min or less that do not pursue multi-functionality.
■Features
・[Transportation] ① Lightweight and compact design with simple equipment configuration. There is no separate control panel. ② Deliver to site using a trolley. Most conveyors can be passed through. The stand can be separated and there is no need to knock down the equipment.
・[Installation] ③ Installation space is small and easy to install. It can be installed within the main body's 400mm width and maintenance space. ④Flexible layout emphasizes operation after installation. Touch panels can be attached to any of the four sides, allowing for easy installation.
・[Startup] ⑤ Automatically adjust the X-ray dose by registering a new product. Since it automatically adjusts the optimal X-ray dose to match the container, excess X-rays are not output, which extends the life of the X-ray source. ⑥ Confirm test results using pseudo images. It is the perfect solution for taste inspections that do not require constant human supervision. You can check the inspection status by displaying the liquid level in a bar graph.
・[Maintenance] ⑦Long-term stability due to automatic correction function. Even if the sensitivity of the sensor decreases to some extent, the judgment value is automatically corrected to ensure stable inspection. ⑧ No specialized knowledge required due to oscilloscope-less adjustment. In case of an emergency, the customer can also replace the X-ray source.
・[Extensibility] ⑨ Test results can be sent to a PC. Send test result data to your PC via USB communication. (Speed restrictions apply) ⑩Graphing the captured data. (App software in preparation) Displays a pseudo production distribution from inspection result data.
