Guide rails and attachments can be attached to the outer stay, making attachment/detachment and model replacement easy.
Developed for aligning and supplying forged parts, automobile parts, steel billets, etc. It's very quiet. This is an environmentally friendly feeding machine.
■Structure and features
・The ball is held by a strong toothed V-ring roller and rotated by gear transmission, so no maintenance is required over a long period of time.
- There is no flat part at the bottom of the ball, allowing any debris that falls through the gap to escape downward.
- The tilting table is rotated by a thrust plate and has a structure that can withstand the shock and load when a workpiece is inserted.
- The guide rail and tooling AT are attached to the tooling stand around the ball, making it easier to work with and attaching mechanical structures.
Two inverters are included separately. (Keyence H1-02T) Upon request, we can also manufacture models with ON/OFF controllers and box storage types.
