・Highly flexible grades available
・No mixing required, can be cured in less than 30 seconds at room temperature
・A wide variety of choices from low to high viscosity
- Compatible with gap sizes up to 0.5mm
・Adhesive strength (shear strength) of up to 25 MPa can be obtained
・There is a grade with low odor and reduced whitening.
・We have primers that allow difficult-to-adhesive materials to be bonded.
・Surface active agents are available to improve curing speed.
・We have a surfactant that suppresses whitening.

・Adhesion of small plastic parts and rubber
・Wiring fixation in electronic circuits
・Manufacture of disposable clinical devices such as catheter adhesives

・Adhesion of rubber flaps such as hoppers
・Adhesion of rubber tiles to the floor
・O-ring adhesion
・Adhesion of difficult-to-bond materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, silicone rubber - Used in conjunction with Permabond POP primer
・Adhesive processes that require faster curing speed without UV light, ovens, or heating devices
・Adhesion of rubber materials - A process that requires strong adhesion without sacrificing adhesive strength between materials such as rubber and metal, which have significantly different properties.

Cyanoacrylate adhesives cure using the moisture adsorbed on the surface of the adhered object. Common cyanoacrylate adhesives have the disadvantage of not being flexible, but Permabond's highly flexible products are useful for bonding rubber materials.
